Kotariena
This is a farmers’ market run by JA(Japan Agricultural Cooperatives) Osaka Senshu.
“Kotariena” is an expression in Senshu dialect which means “Why don’t you buy it here?”Since this is a direct-sale market, all the products are fresh, and you can get vegetables, fruits, and processed farm products. Depending on the season, Senshu specialties, including Mizu-nasu (juicy egg plants), Matsunami cabbages, Senshu onions, snap peas, various fruits and flowers are available. You may be surprised to find very fresh products sold at very reasonable prices.
